Charles Wagner to lead CAP's services in health IT marketplace
Northfield, Ill., February 8, 2011— The College of American Pathologists (CAP) announced today the hiring of Charles Wagner as Vice President of its STS (SNOMED Terminology Solutions™) division. Wagner will lead CAP STS’ professional services capability expansion in the health IT marketplace.

CAP STS, a professional services provider with a diversified service offering related to health IT strategy and planning; clinical health information management; and health care standards, is committed to improving patient care through the advancement of interoperable electronic health records (EHRs).

In his new position, Wagner will help CAP STS build new and value-added services targeted to CAP members and lead business development in the health IT community.
