UK OFT decision favorable for completion of Cision UK sale process

Today, the UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) announced that it will not refer the proposed sale of Cision’s UK Print Monitor operations to Durrants Ltd to the Competition Commission. The proposed sale was announced July 23 2009, subject to clearance by the OFT. With today’s announcement, all conditions required for the completion of the transaction have now been fulfilled and therefore Cision plans to complete the sale within the next month.
