into a single class
Pursuant to the resolution approved by the extraordinary general meeting
last spring, a single class of shares in Observer AB will be traded on
Stockholmsbörsen as of Monday, August 13. The ISIN code for the new
share class is: SE0000291486. The timetable for the restructuring is:
Friday, August 10, 2001 Last day of trading in Class A and B shares
on Stockholmsbörsen.
Monday, August 13, 2001 First day of trading in single-class shares
on Stockholmsbörsen.
Wednesday, August 15, 2001 Last day with Class A and B shares in VPC
system (Swedish Securities Register Center).
