In accordance with the decision on Observer's Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2003, the following have been appointed members of Observer's Nominating Committee:

Mats Gustafsson, SEB Fonder
Petter Odhnoff, Andra AP-Fonden (Second Swedish National Pension Fund- AP2)
Örjan Håkanson, Chairman of Observer's Board of Directors, (convener of the committee)
