Nominating Committee has been appointed in Observer AB

In accordance with the decision taken on Observer’s Annual General Meeting 2005, the following have been appointed members of Observer’s Nominating Committee:

Cecilia Lager, SEB Fonder
Örjan Håkanson, Chairman of Observer’s Board of Directors,

The committee has amongst themselves appointed Caroline af Ugglas Chairman of the committee. Shareholders are welcome to contact any member of the Nominating Committee with suggestions, ideas and proposals for the constitution of the Board before the Annual General Meeting 2006.
