Nominating Committee has been appointed in Observer AB

In accordance with the decision taken on Observer’s Annual General Meeting on May 4, 2004, the following have been appointed members of Observer’s Nominating Committee:

Caroline af Ugglas, Skandia Liv
Björn Lind, SEB Fonder
Örjan Håkanson, Chairman of Observer’s Board of Directors, (convener of the committee)

The committee has amongst themselves appointed Örjan Håkanson Chairmain of the committee. Shareholders are welcome to contact any member of the Nominating Committee with suggestions, ideas and proposals for the constitution of the Board before the Annual General Meeting 2005.
