Cision has completed the divestment of subsidiaries in Germany

On March 31, 2010, Cision completed the divestment of subsidiaries in Germany to Infopaq International according to plan and in accordance with information in the press release as of March 2, 2010.
Prior to the divestment, Cision separated and thereby retained its German CisionPoint customers as well as a salesforce which will continue to sell this solution in the German market.
