Anders Böös transfers shares to endowment assurances

Anders Böös, Chairman of the Board of Cision, has as of November 23 2007 through companies transferred 200,000 shares in Cision to directly and indirectly owned endowment assurances. Anders Böös’ holding in Cision, now through endowment assurances, remains 800,000 shares.
