Anders Böös nominated to take over as Chairman of Observer AB at Annual General Meeting 2006

Observer AB Chairman Örjan Håkanson has notified the company’s Nominating Committee that he will not stand for reelection at the Annual General Meeting on March 28, 2006.
The Nominating Committee will recommend that the Annual General Meeting elect Anders Böös as the new Chairman of the Board of Observer AB. Mr. Böös, 41, is Chairman of IFS AB and a director of Hagströmer & Qviberg AB and Investment AB Latour. He has previously served as President of Hagströmer & Qviberg AB and Drott AB.
