Management changes at Cision AB

Cision has appointed Erik Forsberg Chief Financial Officer for the Group. Erik has most recently been CFO for a business unit within EF Education. He will be a member of the Group Management Committee and will assume his new position at the end of March at the latest. The current CFO, Gunilla Rudebjer, will at the same time assume a new role as Senior Vice President Strategic Projects, in which she will be overall responsible for the Group’s strategic projects and be a member of the Group Management Committee.
