Cision divests subsidiary in Lithuania

Cision has today sold all the shares of its subsidiary in Lithuania to Baltic News Service (BNS), a leading Baltic news agency and media information company, owned by the Alma Media group. Cision Lithuania had revenues of about SEK 9 million in 2008 and currently employs 43 people. Cision Lithuania’s business has been focused on the Monitor and Analyze service areas.

Divestment of UK Print Monitor Operations Completed

Following clearance from the UK Office of Fair Trading, all closing conditions for Cision’s divestment of its UK Print Monitor operations to Durrants Ltd have now been fulfilled and the transaction was completed today, September 30, 2009. During the fourth quarter of 2009, the parties will cooperate to finalize the transition of the relevant services and customers from Cision to Durrants.
