Cision announces change to Board of Directors

Cision AB (publ) today announced that Thomas Heilmann has tendered his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors with immediate effect. Thomas Heillmann will assume the position as Senator of Justice (Senator für Justiz) in Berlin, a position that according to German law can not be combined with any business related positions.
