27th September– After months of preperation and anticipation, Cheerobics® is finally releasing the long awaited Cheerobics® Home Experience DVD. Cheerobics® is the unique fitness programme that combines aerobics and cheerleading techniques with the fun of pompoms! Cheerobics® is aimed at all fitness & skill levels and ages so it's for all adults. With now over 30 instructors in training over the country and classes in over 20 UK locations.
