New member of election committee ahead of AGM 2006

After September 30 2005, the Third National Swedish Pension Fund has reduced its shareholding in Cardo and is no longer one of the largest owners of the company. In consequence of this, the Third National Swedish Pension Fund’s representative Kerstin Hessius is leaving her position as a member of the election committee ahead of Cardo’s annual general meeting 2006.

Under the annual general meeting’s resolution on procedure in connection with replacement of a member, the right to appoint a representative to the election committee has passed to SEB funds, which has appointed Cecilia Lager as a member.

Accordingly, the election committee ahead of the 2006 annual general meeting consists of:

Ulf Lundahl (chairman), L E Lundbergföretagen AB, Stockholm
Britt Reigo, Robur funds, Stockholm
Cecilia Lager, SEB funds, Stockholm
Fredrik Lundberg, chairman of Cardo’s board of directors

Proposals regarding election of members of the board of directors and the board fee may be sent either to a member of the election committee or to the company to be forwarded to the election committee.
