Göran Axeheim executive vice president of Cardo AB

In connection with executive vice president and chief financial officer
(CFO) Sven-Erik Persson's departure from his post and retirement at the
turn of the year, Göran Axeheim will be taking over as new CFO for the
Cardo group as previously announced.

Göran Axeheim has been appointed executive vice president of the parent
company Cardo AB as of January 1 2001.
