Cardo’s acquisition of Spanish company Combursa finalized

Cardo’s acquisition of Combursa, one of Spain’s leading manufacturers of docking systems and industrial doors, has now been finalized after approval by the Spanish competition authority.
Combursa has sales of approximately SEK 275 million and employs about 150 people. The company will be part of Cardo’s division Door & Logistics Solutions, thereby further strengthening Cardo’s position as Europe’s leading supplier of industrial doors and docking systems for transport, logistics and retailing.
