Capio acquires Marsh Health in UK

Capio AB is strengthening its position in the occupational healthcare
sector in England through the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Marsh
Health Limited (MHL), the third largest occupational healthcare company in
UK. Capio will be taking possession immediately. This is an important step
in the creation of a pan European player within occupational healthcare.
MHL will co-operate closely with AB Previa.

Nightingale Hospitals sets up the base for Capios future growth in UK",

far below the Swedish considering the size of population. The increased
focus on Human Capital opens up the market for occupational healthcare and
more and more often the service becomes a part of benefit programmes for

Marsh Health Limited is the third largest occupational healthcare actor in
UK. The Company, which started in 1987, provides a wide range of
occupational health services in the UK, including fixed site and mobile
medical services and health advisory services, to approximately 170

clients. The Company is headquartered in Redditch, near Brimingham. The
annual revenue is about SEK 90 M. Total number of employees is 150.

Previa is Sweden's market-leading supplier of occupational healthcare. The
company works with products and services that affects employees' work
environment and health. Previa is today responsible for occupational
healthcare at some 11,000 workplaces, covering more than 500,000
employees. The company's yearly sales rate is around SEK 500 million and
the company employs some 750 people. Previa is part of Capios Business
Area Outpatient Healthcare.
Capio provides services in healthcare, diagnostics and elderly care,
representing thirty medical specialist areas. Clients are primarily county
councils, trusts, insurance companies and municipalities, as well as
employers purchasing occupational healthcare services. At the Capio care
units, which have agreements with public sector principals, patients can
obtain care on the same terms as within the public healthcare system, and
the same patient fees and waiting list regulations apply. Capio has an
annual sales rate of SEK 3,300 million. Capio is listed on the O-list of
the OM Stockholm Exchange, Sweden.
