The Wayans brothers and their hysterical cast of players are back for more
laughs, delivering the summer's biggest, action packed, thrill ride of fun
- SCARY MOVIE 2. Following the groundbreaking success of last year's
sleeper blockbuster, SCARY MOVIE, Keenen Ivory, Marlon and Shawn Wayans
are now taking aim at the world of the supernatural. Scary Movie grossed a
phenomenal $277m world-wide, and £10.1m alone in the UK (far out-grossing
any of the Scream movies). The video and DVD recently topped the retail
charts here in the UK.

As the supernatural extension of the first film, SCARY MOVIE 2 casts its
satirical eye on such iconic classics as "The Exorcist" and "Poltergeist,"
as well as the more recent films "Hannibal," "What Lies Beneath" and "The
House on Haunted Hill." In addition to all things supernatural, it lunges
even further, taking on pulp icons including "Charlie's Angels" and
"Mission Impossible 2." Leaving nothing in their path, the Wayans go the
final yard by parodying current pop culture, shamelessly tackling and
weaving late night infomercials, television psychics and even the latest
basketball commercial.

'Scary Movie 2' is distributed by Buena Vista International (UK) and is
