BONNIER MEDIA ENTERS THE MUSIC BUSINESS

Bonnier Media is starting a music business.

Jonas Siljemark, currently President of Arcade Music, has been appointed
President of this new operation.

Jonas Siljemark has extensive experience from the music industry. He started
and developed the artist booking agency Siljemark Produktion (now merged with
United Stage Artists), which represents many artists ranging from E-Type to
Nordman.

Under Jonas Siljemark's management at Arcade Music, artists like Lutricia
McNeal have been launched internationally with great success.

Jonas Siljemark will assume his new position at Bonnier Media during the
spring. His primary task will be to create a comprehensive music company in
Scandinavia with music recording and publishing operations, as well as
production studios.
