PLACEMENT OF NOK 1 000 MILLION UNSECURED BOND ISSUES

Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a NOK 700 million unsecured bond issue with maturity in 2017 and a NOK 300 million bond issue with maturity in 2019. Ganger Rolf ASA is guarantor for both issues. Settlement dates are expected to be 10 February 2012. The issues were significantly oversubscribed. The Boards of Directors of Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA contemplate issuing unsecured bonds in the Norwegian market, of which Bonheur ASA will be the issuer and Ganger Rolf ASA the guarantor. 

Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. DnB Markets and Swedbank First Securities will be managers of the new issue.
