Michael Wolf-Bauwens has announced his resignation as a member of the board of Bong Ljungdahl AB.

Michael Wolf-Bauwens has announced his resignation as a member of the
board of Bong Ljungdahl AB.

At the beginning of year 2000, Bong Ljungdahl acquired Reinhart
Schmidt/Bauwensgruppen from Michael Wolf-Bauwens and companies. A certain
part of the purchase sum was paid by shares in Bong Ljungdahl, whereby
Michael Wolf-Bauwens became the owner of 19 % of the shares in the
company. He was elected a member of the board at the ordinary Annual
General Meeting 2000. In November 2000, Michael Wolf-Bauwens sold almost
his entire holding. Today, Michael Wolf-Bauwens owns 38.320 shares in the
company.
