Bong to distribute the TYVEK Envelope Program direct

Through a sales co-operation arrangement, the Bong Group has
partly sold its TYVEK envelopes through its semi-owned
subsidiary Eurotrade Business Products Limited. This
arrangement will cease as per March 31st, 2002, as from
which date Bong Germany will service the market directly.

Bill Callcut, current MD in Eurotrade, will as per April
1st, 2002, assume the responsibility as Sales and Marketing
Manager for Bong's TYVEK envelope program. Bill Callcut will
operate from offices in the UK but report to Bong Germany.

Bong will continue to be committed to supplying and
supporting the current customers of Eurotrade.

With Bill joining Bong, customers can rely on his knowledge
and expertise in TYVEK to drive this important market
forward in the future to the mutual benefit of all
concerned.
