Bong has acquired PDC-Konvolutter

BONG HAS ACQUIRED PDC-KONVOLUTTER

Bong Ljungdahl has, through its Norwegian subsidiary Bongs Konvolutter
A/S, acquired the operations of PDC-Konvolutter A/S Norway, the second
largest envelope printing works in Norway after Bong.

PDC-Konvolutter, with a turnover of about 35 million Norwegian kronor, and
with 25 employees, prints approximately 100 million envelopes per year.

By means of this acquisition, Bong strengthens its market position in
Norway and will become a distinct market leader within the expanding
printing segment with more than 300 million printed envelopes per year.

The Bong Ljungdahl Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of
envelopes and produces about 6 billion envelopes at plants located in the
Nordic countries, Belgium and Poland.
