BONG IMPLEMENTS COST-REDUCTION PROGRAMME

The Bong Group is making a number of structural changes and cuts in its
administrative personnel as part of its previously announced cost-
reduction programme.

The Bong Group has struck the largest single deal in the company's
history. The deal - of almost 800 million envelopes - is with Lyreco
Group, a French company that is one of Europe's largest office contract

POSITIVE RESULT FOR BONG LJUNGDAHL'S
CONVERTIBLE PROGRAMME

The launch of a new convertible programme for employees of the Bong
Ljungdahl Group has now been completed. "The programme has been well

YIELDS SKR 147 MILLION.

Bong Ljungdahl's rights issue was fully subscribed, and the proceeds
received by the company amounted to some SKr 147 million net of issue
costs. Some 99.2 per cent of the issue was taken up by shareholders on
