Bong sells its Binder Business

As a final stage of Bong's consolidation to its core business, i.e.
manufacturing and sales of envelopes. an agreement has been made to sell
its binder business as per January 1st, 2002. The purchaser is a company
controlled by Per Fransson, earlier business area manager and vice
president of Bong.

On September 28 it was announced that Bong would cease its
sales co-operation with Eurotrade Ltd. re. Tyvek envelopes
and service the market directly as from April 1, 2002.

It has now been agreed to shorten the transfer period and
Bong will start its direct sales already on January 2, 2002.

Bong to distribute the TYVEK Envelope Program direct

Through a sales co-operation arrangement, the Bong Group has
partly sold its TYVEK envelopes through its semi-owned
subsidiary Eurotrade Business Products Limited. This
arrangement will cease as per March 31st, 2002, as from
which date Bong Germany will service the market directly.

intensified and spread further geographically during the second quarter
of 2001.The European envelope market is estimated to have declined by
some 6 per cent in volume during the first half of 2001 in relation to
the same period last year.
