Bong acquires Bording Polska

Bong has today through its Polish subsidiary agreed to acquire the
business in Bording Polska. The deal is expected to be finalized early
next year and is conditioned by a due diligence.

Bording Polska distributes and overprints envelopes to the Polish market
and has annual revenues of approx. 5 MSEK.

The operations will be integrated with Bong's current business in Poland

Bong acquires Norsk Konvolutt AS

Bong strengthens further its market position in Norway by acquiring Norsk
Konvolutt AS (Norkon) in Sandefjord, Norway.

Norkon has annual revenues of some 15 MNOK and 10 employees. Through the
acquisition, Bong's opportunities to create improved customer values on a
broader customer base will be increased.

Bong sells property to Nordisk Renting for 130 MSEK

Bong announces the sale of three properties for in total 130 MSEK to
Nordisk Renting AB. The properties located in Kristianstad and Nybro,
Sweden comprise approx. 55.000 m2 and houses, among others, Bong's
corporate head quarter. The deal generates a capital gain of approx. 25
MSEK.

Bong becomes market leader in U.K. by acquiring Rexam Envelopes

Bong acquires as per September 15, 2000 the British envelope business,
Rexam Envelopes. The Seller is Communisis Plc., noted on the London Stock
Exchange.

Rexam Envelopes, being one of U.K.'s leading envelope companies, had in
1999 revenues of approx. 16 MGBP, manufactures around 1,4 billion
envelopes and has approx. 140 employees.

Acquisition of Bauwens completed

Bong's acquisition of the Wolf-Bauwens/Reinhart Schmidt Group was
completed as planned on March 1 st, when the parties signed the final
documents in Zug, Switzerland.

Bauwens is consequently a member of the Bong Group and will, as previously
announced, be consolidated with effect from January 1 st 2000. The
