Bisnode divests Finfo

Bisnode has divested the Swedish company Finfo Information AB to Norwegian Logiq AS. Finfo is a provider of effective solutions of handling of article information between suppliers and customers, which creates the conditions for an efficient e-retail process.
“The divestment is in line with Bisnode’s strategy to focus on our core business, and Finfo is well matched to the new owner’s operations,” says Johan Wall, CEO of Bisnode.

Finfo was founded in 1995 and has 9 employees. The divestment will have no visible effect on Bisnode’s earnings in 2009.
