| The language of the application is English but on the start page you can select in which language you would like to receive the content. At present we support news in English, Swedish, German, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish. |

The first page displays the latest 40 press releases and reports for the language selected. Click on a release to read the full text and view attachments.
On your top left corner you can go back to select another language and to your top right you can refresh the page.

A press release page can be viewed in both standing mode and landscape mode. If available, it will show logo, full text of the release, attached pictures and other documents.
The button to your top left will take you back to your previous page. On your top right you have two buttons helping you to get to the previous/next item in the listing you originally came from.
The Website button will take you to the press release on the web. This page will open up a new window in Safari.
News from company will take you to a list of releases sent out by that specific company. The next button with an A+ enlarges the font size of the release.
The icon in the lower lef corner will open the Share News functionality described below.

A press release or attachment can be shared via e-mail by clicking the icon in the lower left corner of that page. Pictures will be placed directly in the e-mail. Press releases, reports and other attachments will be placed in the e-mail as a link.
On a picture page you can also save a picture to your image archive on the phone. |

If you are interested in news from a specific company search through our register of companies. Navigate by scrolling down the page or click in the alphabet to the right. Click on the company of your interest and get a complete list of their press releases.
By clicking on the star beside a company you will add that company to your favorite list, further described below. |

The favorite page display news in chronological order from your favorite companies defined in the company register.
On the top of the page you can toggle between the news page and the list of your favorite companies.
Click on the name of a company in the favorite company list and go directly to the list of press releases from that company. You can just as easily remove a company from your list by clicking the star. |

What is the CisionWire iPhone application?
The CisionWire iPhone application can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store and installed on your iPhone or iPod touch®. It syncs via Wi-Fi or cellular network and downloads the latest news directly to your device.
How much does it cost to use the CisionWire iPhone application?
The CisionWire iPhone application is free to download and use. Please note that in the absence of a Wi-Fi connection, the application uses your iPhone's cellular network connection to access and download content. Please check with your carrier to see if you will be charged for usage, especially while traveling.
Does the CisionWire iPhone application include advertisements?

How do I get the CisionWire iPhone application?
The application is available for free by browsing the App Store on your iPhone or iPod touch. You can also download it to your computer through the App Store in iTunes: http://itunes.apple.com/se/app/cisionwire/id359087884?mt=8 (this link will open iTunes). In order to use the App Store, you must first upgrade to version 2.x of the iPhone/iPod operating system, and the latest version of iTunes.
How can I get my news visible on CisionWire?
You can sign up for a free publishing account at cisionwire.com. Our tool gives you the possibility to publish your news on CisionWire, both on the web and in our iPhone app. You can also get access to industry lists as well as a superior network with the ability to reach an international, regional or national target audience. All customers get a free press room with information and contact details of your company.
How do I personalize my CisionWire iPhone application?
By creating favorites. You add a company as a favorite by clicking the star beside a company in the company register. In favorites, news from your favorite companies will be displayed. You will also have the possibility to change your list of you favorite companies. The app remembers the page you visited when you exited the app and returns to this page when you reopen it again.
How do I share an article?
Open an article, image or other attachment and click on the icon in the lower left corner of your screen. That will give the option of sending a link to the article or attachment via email. Pictures will be placed in the mail.
How long does it take to download content?
This is dependent on your connection speed, which can be affected by things such as signal strength, mobile reception and interference. Connecting using Wi-Fi will offer the fastest experience, followed by 3G and then EDGE.
How do I remove the CisionWire iPhone application from my iPhone?
To remove the CisionWire app, follow the same procedure that you use for any other iPhone application. Press and hold the "CisionWire" application icon until it begins to wiggle. Press the "X" in the corner of the icon and confirm the deletion in the window that appears.
Do I need to register on cisionwire.com to use the iPhone application?
The application does not require any CisionWire registration, though you will need to log in to your iTunes account in order to download the application from the App Store.
