Anoto Group AB Restructures

Anoto Group AB is restructuring, as well as consolidating its subsidiaries.
The restructuring includes transferring the operations of the Anoto AB subsidiary to a new company, which will change its name to Anoto AB. Some other Group activities will be transferred to the new company as well. The new company is wholly owned within the Anoto Group. In connection with the restructuring, the new company will take over all personnel, agreements, rights and obligations. Furthermore, the restructuring will transfer the controlling interest in the old subsidiary to a third party, giving rise to estimated Group financial income of SEK 65-70 million in 2005.
