Spring Campaign Operational Update

Alpcot Agro increases milk production by 37.4 percent in the first quarter 2012 compared to the same period last year.
Highlights for the period

During Q1 2012, the average milk production on the Company’s dairy farms amounted to 42.2 tons per day, an increase by 37.4 percent from 30.7 tons per day in Q1 2011.

Result of the Court Hearing and Approval of the Antimonopoly Commission of Ukraine.
Alpcot Agro is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice of Isle of Man has sanctioned the Scheme and the Antimonopoly Commission of Ukraine has approved the Acquisition.
