Reclassification of shares in Allgon

285 240 A-shares have been reclassified to B-shares. The total number of
shares and the share capital remain unchanged while the number of votes
has been changed.

Allgon's share structure was before the reclassification:
1,300,000 A-shares corresponding to 13,000,000 votes, 4.5% of the share
capital and 32.1 % of the votes and 27,500,000 B-shares corresponding to
27,500,000 votes, 95.5% of the share capital and 67.9 % of the votes.

Allgon's share structure is after the reclassification:
1,014,760 A-shares corresponding to 10,147,600 votes, 3.5% of the share
capital and 26.8 % of the votes and 27,785,240 B-shares corresponding to
27,785,240 votes, 96.5% of the share capital and 73.2 % of the votes.
