Following completed negotiations, an agreement was reached today whereby
Myresjö AB will acquire Industrivärden's 50 percent shareholding in Elit
Fönster AB. Myresjö, a wholly owned subsidiary of Skanska, will thereafter own
all the shares in Elit Fönster. The agreement will be reviewed by the Swedish
Competition Authority.

Nova Medical, which is a subsidiary of Bure Health Care AB, has acquired Medi-
Lab AS from the Swiss healthcare company Roche. Medi-Lab is the leading

Medi-Lab AS from the pharmaceutical company, Hoffman La Roche, Switzerland.

METRO TO BUDAPEST
Metro will now be launched in the Hungarian capital, Budapest. A
distribution agreement has been made with the BKV, the subway company in
Budapest. The name of the newspaper is "Metro Gratisz" (Metro Free of
Charge).
