Vinge - The top ranked Nordic M&A lawfirm!

Vinge tops all Mergermarket's ranking lists of legal advisors for major
Nordic M&A transactions and are more than twice the size of their
nearest competitor.

Vinge is also No. 1 in the whole European M&A market among independent
law firms in Europe.

Vinge is No. 1 in the Nordic region both as regards the total number of
transactions (39) and total enterprise value(M EUR 21,900) for the
first nine months of 2001. The top ten individual legal advisors in the
Nordic region include five partners in the Vinge Stockholm office and
the lists are headed by Vinge lawyers Johan Cervin and
Christopher Saidac.

The nearest competitor is the Swedish firm of Mannheimer Swartling with
a total of 17 transactions with a total deal value of M EUR 15,900, and
Swedish-English Linklaters Alliance with 15 transactions with a value of
M EUR 15,300.
