Addtech Sells property in western Stockholm

The Addtech Group has sold a property in western Stockholm, generating a
capital gain of MSEK 12, which will be reported as an item affecting
comparability in the interim report for the period April - June 2002.
The selling price is MSEK 20.

The Group conducts business in parts of the property and will continue
to be a tenant. The purpose behind the sale is to focus operations and
to reduce the capital tied up in the business.
