Addtech Group acquires Bergström Instrument

Tekno Optik AB, a unit of business area Addtech Component Systems, has
concluded an agreement to acquire the business in Bergström Instrument
AB. Tekno Optik already has a strong position in the area of optical
solutions for industrial customers. With this acquisition, that position
is further strengthened.

Bergström Instrument is active primarily in business with customers in
the engineering industry, telecom and biotechnology. Net revenues amount
to about MSEK 30.
