Anders Träff leaves his position as President of Karlshamns

Anders Träff has today left his position as President of Karlshamns AB. He
is also resigning as a Board Member. The background of this development is
the ongoing review of the overall strategy of the Karlshamns Group. Anders
Träff as well as the Board of Directors find this a suitable time to go
separate ways.

- From the part of the Board of Directors we would like to thank Anders
for the fine job he has done during his seven years as President of
Karlshamns AB. The Group's structure has undergone considerable changes
under Anders' management, and we wish him all the best in the future.

The Board of Directors has appointed Jan Elmeklo Acting President. Jan
Elmeklo is also Manager of the Edible Oils Business Area's domestic
operations. Actions are already taken to find a permanent solution for the
executive management of Karlshamns AB.
