AarhusKarlshamn AB, financial reporting

AarhusKarlshamn AB is the parent company in a new speciality fats group that was established on October 1 2005. The new company is the result of the merger between Karlshamns AB and Aarhus United A/S. The new company has a turnover of approx. SEK 10 billion and has 2,500 employees at eight production units in seven countries.

A third quarter report for the new parent company AarhusKarlshamn AB will be published on November 9 2005 with consolidated pro forma accounts, and financial reporting from each of the two merged companies in accordance with the former company structure.

For 2006, the following calendar for financial reporting will apply for AarhusKarlshamn AB:

- February 22, annual report

- May 23, first quarter report

- August 17, second quarter report

- October 31, third quarter report
