DataCourier is a free, automated “formfiller agnostic” electronic UAD packaging and delivery service. When the appraiser is ready to deliver a final report, DataCourier automatically checks for UAD (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) compliance errors, preventing needless re-submissions.
